If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I wanted to send flowers as soon as possible to my sister because she spent a long day in Santa Fe where I live, helping me with many things because I am older and needed help. She lives in ABQ so I wanted to send something to her in gratitude. I liked your website and the salespeople there were immediately responsive to my request. Then a very nice man delivered the flowers and contacted her on his way to make sure she would be home and avail to get the roses inside. given that the weather was chilly.
