I am from the east coast and wanted someone that I could trust to deliver far away. We had some miscommunication regarding the order and they went the extra mile to make sure that all went well. Very impressed with the perseverance and their service, to include Brian and the delivery driver. I had also asked that they take special care in making this their best work, which I also feel that they did. The arrangement any gift were perfect. My beautiful, unsuspecting lady was overwhelmed.
