Best service ever! There was a problem delivering to the location. The driver called me and waited for me to try to contact the recipient. No luck! He then offered to drive to yet another location to drop off the flowers. Let me know when he did so and called again to follow up. He spent at least 30-40 extra minutes of his day to ensure my arrangement was delivered. It has been a long time since I have experienced this level of service. This is our go to flower shop now and forever. On top of all that, the arrangement was beautiful! Thank you Duke City!
