I live in Canada and wanted to send my sister flowers and truffles. I called several florists and her birthday was on a Saturday and no florists had delivery deliveries for Saturday or weren’t even open on Saturdays but when I called Dukes Florist the gentleman I spoke to said they were closing in 30 minutes but said he could help me. He had a flower arrangement that I wanted and truffles and said he would help me and made an exception for me and delivered the flowers on Friday and they we’re closing the flowers and truffles were delivered within an hour. The arrangement and truffles looked exactly like the picture on their website and I wss very greatful. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them! I will always use them again for exceptional service and the their exceptional professional accommodation in my situation! Thank you Duke Florist for your outstanding accommodation for a Canadian!

Fantastic experience! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and Brian went above and beyond taking my call after hours, the flowers were beautiful and were delivered promptly by a very kind delivery lady. Thanks for the terrific service. I will definitely order again!

It was a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My wife was very happy with her BEAUTIFUL arrangement. I will definitely recommend Duke City Floral to my family and friends.

Awesome experience dealing with this florist! Brian, who helped me on the phone was exceptional The arrangement I selected was exactly what was delivered which doesn’t always happen on phone orders. We saw a text picture of the flowers and were impressed by how fresh and lovely they looked. Brian said he would call the hospital personally to get our nieces room number! Folks, this was amazing customer service and I appreciate it so much! Thank you Duke City Florist!
